14-day Odyssey Funding Lab satisfaction guarantee

We want Odyssey Funding Lab to be useful, not another tool you regret buying.

If you start Odyssey Funding Lab and decide it is not a good fit, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your first Funding Lab payment. This window is measured from that first payment and does not restart at a renewal.

To request a refund, sign in and use Request a refund inside your Funding Lab account, or contact us at connect@joinodysseydiscovery.com with the email address used for your purchase.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time after Odyssey issues the refund is controlled by the payment provider or financial institution.

Funding Lab is a digital product that provides immediate access. The 14-day refund window begins on the date of your first payment, not the date of first use. Signing in does not remove your guarantee.

Canceling is separate from a refund, and always available. Both plans renew automatically — $197 each year, or $29 each month — until you cancel. You can cancel your own plan at any time from inside Funding Lab. Cancel before your next billing date and you are not billed again; your access stays open through the period you have already paid for. Renewal payments that have not been taken are never charged after you cancel, and are never refunded because they were never collected.

Renewal payments after your first 14 days are generally not refundable, though you can cancel at any time to stop future billing. If a renewal took you by surprise, write to us — we read every message.

Refund requests submitted after 14 calendar days are generally not eligible for a discretionary refund, except where required by applicable law or where Odyssey Discovery determines that exceptional circumstances warrant one.

Odyssey Discovery may deny or limit refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, repeated purchases and refund requests, or other misuse of the refund policy, subject to applicable law.

Receiving funding through Funding Lab is not guaranteed. A lack of funding success by itself does not mean Funding Lab malfunctioned or guarantee a refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
